What types of events do you serve?Private parties (weddings, birthdays, showers, graduations, etc), festivals and corporate gatherings.

Do you only serve frozen cocktails?No. We offer a small selection of beers and wines.

Can you customize the menu for my event?Of course! You may choose up to 6 frozen drinks that best suit your event. We can also customize the beer and wine selections.

What areas do you serve?We serve the greater Kansas City metro area but can be motivated to travel to your special event.

Do you provide all the equipment needed for the bar setup?You bet! Everything for your special event is included in the price.

How far in advance should I book your services?The earlier the better! We would hate for you to miss out on Frozen Fix making your event unforgettable.

Do you require a deposit to secure the date?Yes. A deposit of $250 is required at time of booking. This will be applied to your total tab and is refundable up to 30 days prior to your event.

Is there a minimum spend requirement?Yes, a $1,000 drink tab is required for each event.

How do you handle alcohol service permits and licensing?We have a caterers liquor license which allows us to buy and serve alcoholic drinks. We also have a liquor liability insurance policy that covers any potential problems that might arise.

Do you offer kid-friendly and non-alcoholic drink options?Yes. Our non-alcoholic selections include bottled water, sodas, and a frozen "mocktail".

What happens if the weather is bad on the day of my event?You will get your “Fix”, rain or shine!

Do you card for private events?Yes! Yes! Yes! State law requires us to card every guest that is served an alcoholic drink.

What payment methods do you accept?We accept credit cards, check, cash, Venmo and Apple Pay.
